The maximum daily mileage is 250km; any further kilometers will be paid separately. While finalizing the booking, you can add more mileage.
The car rental security deposit between AED 1000 – AED 10,000 is taken at the start of the rental. It is released max 30 days after the car is returned. It may be returned to you by bank transfer, cash deposit into your bank account, or cryptocurrency. Security block by credit card pre-authorization is better as it is automatically released by the bank on the same credit card within 30 days.
Any penalties, dings, or damage to the automobile that wasn’t fixed immediately or after the vehicle was returned is charged to the customer. We provide our clients with documentation of the fines and car damage.
Within the Emirate of Dubai, delivery is free except to some near border areas. Nevertheless, we ship to other Emirates (500 AED Delivery costs).
An additional driver can be registered on the same hired car and insured by submitting the required documents, with free charges.
If the car rented by you meets with an accident and the person in the driving seat is not registered, the Police might consider you at fault besides incurring other fines.
You, the car renter, pay for the fuel expenses. The car may or may not come with a full tank so be sure to check/request the car rental agent. Note, you need to return the car with the same level of fuel as was provided to you. Best to click a picture of the fuel level at the time of pickup as proof.
As per RTA, all rental cars in the UAE are provided with comprehensive insurance (a.k.a. basic insurance). This means that by default, you are covered in case of accidental damage provided it isn’t your fault. A police report must be obtained at the time of an accident. Your rental amount includes basic coverage.
The legal age to rent a vehicle (car, van, pick-up truck, SUV or any other) in the UAE is 21 years old as per RTA regulations. However, this largely depends on the insurance policy issued to the car by the car rental company. The minimum age may be 23 years and even 25 years, in some cases.
All of our vehicles are installed with a Salik tag. Each crossing at the Salik toll gates will incur a charge of AED 5.
Clients have the option to pay in cash/card or cryptocurrency for their rental.
Off-road use is a violation of the rental agreement and is not allowed.
